Cooling Parts Southeast Return / Warranty Policy

Cooling Parts Southeast warrants Polar Bair Parts new and remanufactured compressors for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. A purchase receipt is required for credit or exchange.  Purchaser must also provide proof that all necessary components required to perform a professional system repair were also installed.  Necessary components may include, but are not limited to, accumulator drier, expansion device, condenser, evaporator, and hose assembly.  No agreement or promise is made to reimburse for labor or refrigerant losses involved in the replacement of these parts.
 
Cooling Parts Southeast reserves the right to deny any compressor warranty coverage if failure is judged to be caused due to improper installation or handling.
 
All other Polar Bair Parts components are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.  A purchase receipt is required for credit or exchange.
 
Cooling Parts Southeast warrants all other thermal management products for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, or otherwise in concurrence with the manufacturer’s stated warranty policy wherever applicable. A purchase receipt is required for credit or exchange.
 
A purchase receipt is required for credit, return or exchange of all new products.

Cooling Parts Southeast will not warranty products from competitors.  Competitive products sent to Cooling Parts Southeast for warranty will be returned freight collect.  No credit will be issued.  Cooling Parts Southeast accepts no liability for competitive products returned to customers.
